Lindsay Kelley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lindsay is currently employed at Frontline Education as a Support Engineer, where they empower K-12 leaders with school administration software. Previously, they held the position of Senior Client Support Analyst at the same company. Before joining Frontline Education, Lindsay worked at Infinite Reality as a Supervisor of Community, Content & Customer Care, focusing on the Metaverse and creator economy. Lindsay also held a similar role at a company called "display" from 2021 to 2022. Lindsay has experience in the technology industry, having worked as a CLS Operations Analyst at IBM from 2020 to 2021 and as a Technical Support Specialist at Intrado in 2020. Additionally, they have customer service experience from their time as an Associate at Pet Valu. Lindsay has also held various technical support roles at IBM, Global Help Desk Services, Inc., and Network Design Services, LLC. Lindsay developed their technical support skills earlier in their career as a Technical Support Specialist at Columbus State University Continuing Education from 2013 to 2017.

Lindsay Kelley has a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Columbus State University.

In addition to their formal education, Lindsay Kelley has also obtained several certifications. Lindsay completed a course called "What Is Scrum?" offered by LinkedIn in February 2023. In May 2022, they achieved certification as a Digital Trust & Safety Leader also through LinkedIn. Prior to that, in July 2020, they completed a course called "The Science of Well-Being" offered by Coursera.
