Senior Client Support Analyst at Frontline Education

Nicole Power started their work experience in 2009 as a Technician at the Laptop Support Center at Endicott College. Nicole then worked as an I.T. Project Coordinator at Varian Semiconductor from 2010 to 2012, where they handled account administration and assisted in software deployment and web page design. Nicole then went on to work at Applied Materials as an I.T. Intern and later as an OCM Support Role for SAP Migration Project from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they worked as an IT Administrator at Masconomet Regional School District and as an IT Support - Tier 1 at Bain & Company on a contract basis. From 2017 to 2019, Nicole worked as a System Administrator at Episource LLC, where they managed various IT tasks. Most recently, they have been working as a Senior Client Support Analyst at Frontline Education since 2019.

Nicole Power attended Endicott College from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences, with a focus on General studies.
