Lisa Faulkner Fcipd

Lisa Faulkner FCIPD is currently the Head of People at the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, where Lisa partners with the Executive Team, Board, and Senior leadership in developing and maintaining the FSCS People Strategy. Prior to their current role, Lisa held positions such as HR Manager at the General Dental Council and HR Business Partner at BAM Construct UK. Lisa also has experience as a HR Consultant at NGA Human Resources and as the Head of HR at Westway Trust and Landmark Training. Lisa holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from the University of East London and a PG Dip in Human Resource Management.
