Diana Weiser

Diana Weiser has a strong background in recruiting and human resources. Diana has held various roles in reputable companies. Diana started their career as a Werkstudentin in the Personnel Department at Siemens AG in November 2012, where they worked until December 2014. In 2015, they joined Progressive, a division of SThree GmbH, as a Recruitment Consultant, and worked there until January 2017. Diana then joined the Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller, where they served as Teamleiterin Recruiting from February 2017 to September 2021, and later as Head of Recruitment for Continental Europe from September 2021 to March 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Recruiting at FTI GROUP, starting in May 2023.

Diana Weiser obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Personalmanagement from Hochschule München from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in BWL Facility Management (dual) from The Berlin School of Economics and Law from 2009 to 2012.
