Janene Ingram

Janene Ingram is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in business operations and program development. Currently serving as an IMPACT Leadership Development Fellow at the Chicago Urban League and as the Chief Operating Officer at FuelEd, Janene has a strong focus on cultivating emotionally-intelligent educators. As the Founder & Consultant at LJI Builders, LLC, and an alumni member of the Surge Institute, Janene emphasizes learning and community service. Previous roles include Executive Director at the Wood Family Foundation, where strategic vision and team leadership were key responsibilities, and Managing Director at Teach For America, overseeing financial and operational management. Janene's career began as a Middle School Literacy Educator at Chicago Public Schools, with educational qualifications including a Master of Education from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stetson University.
