Christina Southall

Christina Southall, CFE, currently serves as the Manager of Fraud Strategy and Compliance at Fulton Bank, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Christina was a Licensing Financial Investigator at the Virginia Lottery from February 2021 to July 2023 and worked as a Financial Investigator for the Drug Enforcement Administration from February 2020 to February 2021. Christina also held financial investigator roles with the Commonwealth of Virginia and served as a SIU Investigator at Travelers from May 2014 to June 2018. Christina's career began as a Major Crimes Detective with the Richmond Police Department from January 2006 to 2014. Christina earned a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, completing the degree from 1998 to 2002, and graduated from Loudoun County High School in 1998.
