Eileen Moyer-Hylan

Eileen Moyer-Hylan has extensive experience in compliance roles within the banking industry. Eileen started their career at Union Bank and Trust Company in 2004 as an Internal Auditor and later became a Compliance Officer. In 2012, they joined Fulton Financial Corporation as a Compliance Specialist and eventually served as the VP Lending Compliance Officer. Since 2017, they have held the position of Vice President Senior Compliance Officer - Lending at Fulton Bank.

Eileen Moyer-Hylan, CRCM completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Education from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. In 2015, they briefly attended the PBA School of Commercial Lending. Eileen has also earned various certifications, including "Leading with Emotional Intelligence," "Improving Emotional Intelligence with Mindfulness," "Managing Stress for Positive Change," "Creating a Culture of Change," "Managing Projects with Microsoft Teams," "Jira Fundamentals Badge," "Agile: It's Not Just for Software," "Microsoft Teams Quick Tips," and "Agile Foundations." These certifications were obtained from institutions such as LinkedIn and Atlassian, with the most recent certification obtained in December 2022.
