Camilo Frigo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 2010, they worked as a General Operations Manager at TIVIT. From 2012 to 2015, they served as the Superintendent of Customer Relations at Boa Vista SCPC, where they integrated and optimized operational teams and implemented a successful CRM system. Camilo went on to become the Managing Director of Operations at TEMPO ASSIST, where they led a national call center project and achieved a cost reduction of 45 MM in three years. Frigo then joined BP - A Beneficência Portuguesa de São Paulo as the Senior Customer Experience (CXO), overseeing the establishment of the first Command Center in Latin America and leading various operational departments.

In 2020, Frigo took on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Tem Saúde, where they implemented an omnichannel platform and formed a network of 2,400 clinics and hospitals. Camilo also served as the Founder and Partner at Pausa Produtiva, focusing on individual and collective development.

In 2021, Frigo held the position of Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Grupo Care, where they developed an integrated assistance system and introduced services such as GPS locator and advance payment through an app. Camilo also served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Azimute Med | Soluções Customizadas em Saúde, overseeing operations and managing a network of clinics, laboratories, and hospitals.

In 2023, Frigo joined Funcional Health Tech as the Head of Customer Success | Pharma, where they are responsible for customer success in the pharmaceutical industry.

Throughout their career, Frigo has demonstrated expertise in customer service, operations management, strategic planning, and process optimization.

Camilo Frigo has a diverse educational background. Camilo started their education journey by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Centro Universitário Assunção, which they completed between 1997 and 2002. After that, Camilo pursued a Technologist degree in Data Processing and Data Processing Technology from Colégio Mario de Andrade, which they completed from 1995 to 1997.

In 2007, Camilo furthered their education by completing a certification in Team Leadership from Wisnet Consulting. Subsequently, they pursued an MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, completing it between 2007 and 2009.

Camilo then took a break from formal education and gained professional experience. In 2010, they attended UC Irvine for a short duration, focusing on Business and Management for International Professionals with a specialization in International Markets.

In 2014, Camilo earned a Yellow Belt certification from Bip - Business Integration Partners, followed by an Executive Coaching certification from the Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching in 2017. In the same year, they also completed the assessment requirements for the Alpha assessment and obtained the Personal & Professional Coaching certification.

In 2019, Camilo obtained their LSS Green Belt certification from SETA Desenvolvimento Gerencial. Camilo further expanded their knowledge in entrepreneurship by completing a course on Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies from Harvard Business School Online in 2020.

Currently, Camilo is working towards earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM. Camilo expects to complete this degree between 2021 and 2024.

Additionally, Camilo holds several certifications in other areas, including the Assessment DISC from Gestor Performance Tecnologia in 2021 and the Qualifying Investor - AAI certification from ANCORD in 2020.
