Lior Sela

Lior Sela has worked in the HR and administrative fields for the past eight years. In 2021, they joined FUSE Autotech as Head of HR and HR Manager, where they manage the car buying process using a cloud-based AI predictive finance management system. In 2020, they were an HR Manager (Maternity Leave Replacement) at Finonex, a privately held boutique focused on the financial technology industry. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Guardian Optical Technologies as HR Manager and Office Manager. In this role, they established the HR unit from scratch and developed procedures and work plans, as well as managed the department budget. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Facilities Administrator at Apple, where they managed company events, checked and approved invoices, and recruited admin and interviews coordinator.

Lior Sela holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences & Human Resources Management from Bar-Ilan University. Lior also holds a Personal and Career Coach certification from the Gomah-The Merkaz Laimod, Giser VeSheyichu Professional Faculty.
