Kevin Strom

Kevin Strom has extensive experience in leadership roles within the sales and customer experience sectors. As the Vice President of Global Sales at Fusion BPO Services and the Vice President of Sales at TTEC, Kevin has demonstrated a strong focus on driving sales performance. Prior positions include Vice President of Customer Experience at Intellivision Entertainment and CEO of GlobeChat®. Kevin has also served as the Director of Sales at AT&T. Educationally, Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University, where studies were completed between 1990 and 1992.
