Jeffrey Young has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Their most recent position was at Fusion Connect, where they worked from 2018 to the present. Jeffrey started as the Team Lead - Infrastructure Engineering, providing technical support and provisioning services. Jeffrey then progressed to Manager Infrastructure Engineering and currently holds the role of Director Infrastructure Engineering.

Jeffrey Young received their diploma in Business from Meade County High School in the period of 1999 to 2003. Jeffrey pursued further education and obtained an Associates degree in Computer Networking / Business Management from Brown Mackie College - LOUISVILLE between 2008 and 2010. In addition to their formal education, Jeffrey obtained the Apple AMCT certification from Prometrics in October 2012.
