Mridu Andotra

Mridu Andotra is an experienced data scientist, data analyst, and CEO/founder with a background in artificial intelligence and positive parenting/education. Mridu currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for FutureAnalytica, an artificial intelligence marketplace. Prior to this, Mridu founded and served as the CEO for GeniusMentor, an organization dedicated to teaching positive parenting and helping children discover their interests and career paths. Mridu also worked as a data scientist for FutureAnalytica from 2018 to 2020 and as a data analyst for Teleperformance from 2016 to 2018, where they focused on sentiment analysis and analytics solutions.

Mridu Andotra completed their B.Com and M.Com degrees in Commerce from St. Bede's College in Shimla from 2010 to 2015. Mridu has also obtained various certifications such as Foundations of Positive Psychology Specialization, Positive Psychology Specialization Project: Design Your Life for Well-being, Positive Psychology: Applications and Interventions, Positive Psychology: Character, Grit and Research Methods, Positive Psychology: Resilience Skills, and Everyday Parenting: The ABCs of Child Rearing from Coursera in 2020 and 2021. Additionally, they obtained the Strong Interest Inventory certification from Anahat Organisation Development Consultancy Pvt Ltd in September 2020.
