Experience: Bring a minimum of 5 years in offshore wind farm development, preferably within a developer, integrated energy company or leading consultancy.

The Role: As the Offshore Wind Lead, you'll be a driving force behind our digital twin product and roadmap, offering technical sales support and engaging with customers to ensure our solutions are at the cutting edge of industry needs. Your expertise will be pivotal in product development, roadmap strategy, and market engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Innovation: Collaborate with our product team to refine and innovate our digital twin and project developmentoffering for offshore wind.

• Strategic Roadmapping: Influence the direction of our product development, staying ahead of industry trends.

• Sales Enablement: Provide technical leadership in sales scenarios, crafting compelling technical and product presentations for potential clients.

• Client Relations: Build and maintain robust relationships, working with customers to solve their pain points and turn feedback into actionable product enhancements.

• Industry Leadership: Be the face of FutureOn at events, leading our voice in the digitalisation of offshore wind development.

• Team Synergy: Work in tandem with sales, marketing, and development to foster a culture of seamless collaboration.
