Balazs Birton has a diverse work experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. Balazs started their career in 2002 as an IT Helpdesk Team Leader at Central European University Inc. Budapest. In 2003, they worked at Telekom HU as a Call Center and Internet Helpdesk employee. From 2004 to 2009, Birton served as a Customer Experience and Operation Manager at Liberty Global, where they established the National Customer Care Technical Contact Center and managed call center operations.

In 2009, Birton became a Network Operation Director at Liberty Global, where they transformed customer network service, established a country NOC, and created a Training and Grading System for Field Operations Technical teams.
