Sunny Cooper

Sunny Cooper has extensive work experience in Human Resources. They are currently serving as the Head of Core HR (HR operations and systems) at G-Research since January 2021. Prior to this role, Sunny worked as the Head of HR Service Delivery at Gallagher from December 2016 to January 2021. They also held multiple HR positions at Essex County Council, including Change, Performance and Development Manager from February 2012 to December 2016, Head of HR Advice and Support (maternity cover) from May 2013 to January 2014, Senior HR Consultant from March 2011 to February 2012, HR Business Partner from March 2010 to March 2011, HR Consultant for Strategy and Continuous Improvement from September 2008 to March 2010, and Workforce Development Support Officer from August 2006 to September 2008. Additionally, Sunny worked as an e-Services Officer at Woking Borough Council from August 2002 to August 2006.

Sunny Cooper has a Master's degree in Human Resources from Anglia Ruskin University, which was obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Leadership and Management with a focus on Human Resources from Anglia Ruskin University from 2009 to 2011. They also hold a Diploma in Management Studies from Kingston University, which was obtained from 2003 to 2005. In addition, Sunny has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and English Literature (dual honours) from Keele University, achieved from 1999 to 2002. Their secondary education includes A-levels in Geography, Sociology, and English from Sandhurst School, completed from 1996 to 1998. Sunny is also a CIPD Chartered Fellow, although the date of certification is not provided.
