Jialin Hu has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Jialin began their career as an HR Assistant at Intel Corporation in 2003 and then went on to become an HR Specialist at Bayer Business Services from 2005 to 2007. Following that, they worked as a C&B Officer at Esprit for a year, processing payroll and social insurance calculations for over 5000 associates. Jialin then became an HR Business Partner at Marks and Spencer, where they established HR policies and designed store incentive plans. Jialin later joined Tommy Hilfiger as an HR Manager, supporting the China management team and ensuring the company's business goals were met. After that, they became an HRD at 极榆医疗科技有限公司 before joining G-Star RAW as the Human Resources Director for Greater Asia in 2019.
Jialin Hu obtained a Bachelor's degree in HR & Administration from Tongji University in 2006. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2003, they attended East China University of Science and Technology, where they completed their college education with a focus on Finance and Insurance.
