Jim Kilgore has a wealth of experience in marketing and analytics. Jim started their career at Nationwide Financial in 1993, where they established the marketing analytics function and developed measures to optimize sales territories and increase web usage. At Nationwide Insurance, from 2007 to 2010, Jim was the Director of Marketing Analytics, where they developed measures for assessing marketing program effectiveness and efficiency. Jim also led the transition to a more disciplined, quantitative marketing program at IGS Energy as the Director of Marketing and Analytics from 2010 to 2013. Jim later joined Adfiki as the VP of Marketing in 2014, where they generated high-quality advertising leads for media vendors and agencies. Currently, they are working at g2o as the Vice President of Analytics, leading the Analytics team in providing strategies for utilizing data to solve complex business problems. Jim's expertise lies in data strategies, advanced analytics, and providing actionable insights to drive growth for companies.

Jim Kilgore has a comprehensive education history that spans several decades. Jim first attended Western Carolina University from 1979 to 1982, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Marketing. Jim then pursued further studies and received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Project Management from the same institution from 1982 to 1984. Moving forward, between 1995 and 1997, Jim Kilgore attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they participated in executive seminars focusing on Strategic Marketing and Marketing Analytics. Lastly, in 2008 to 2010, they pursued graduate coursework in Business Statistics at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
