Jim Lucas

Jim Lucas leads Gable’s human resources department, serving as a key advisor to Gable management while ensuring all of Gable’s employees have what they need to be successful.

Certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Jim works with Gable employees from the time they are recruited to the time they retire, cherishing opportunities to help Gable team members seek out opportunities to grow such as Gable’s many certified technicians. Jim brings more than ten years of experience including strategic planning, recruiting, and metrics monitoring and reporting.

Jim holds a Bachelor’s of Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland.
