Bill Holt

Bill Holt has extensive work experience in various roles related to reliability, performance, quality, and certification. Bill is currently working at GAF Energy as the Reliability, Performance & Certification Director, where they lead the qualification, certification, and performance assessment of building integrated photovoltaic solar roofs. Prior to this, they worked at Juul Labs as the Director of Product Reliability, at Katerra Inc. as the VP of Quality, at Halcyon Medical in research and development for surgical catheters, and at Wm. Holt Consulting as a Sr. Technology Consultant. Bill also held positions at Switch Lighting as the Vice President of Quality, at Azul Systems as a Sr. Staff Quality & Reliability Engineer, at Handspring, Inc as a Sr. Reliability Engineering Manager, at Nortel Networks as the Director of HW Quality, and at Lockheed Martin as a Sr. R&D Engineer. Throughout their career, Bill Holt has demonstrated expertise in areas such as risk assessment, product testing requirements, design optimization, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bill Holt attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1978 to 1981 where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Electronics Technology and Electrical Engineering. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at San Jose State University from 1983 to 1987.
