Ken Simmons

Ken Simmons has worked in the energy industry for many years. Ken started their career at FPL in 1973 as a Trouble Superintendent and worked there until 1993. In 1996, they joined LCEC as a Manager Power Supply and stayed with the company until 2005. Ken then worked at Gainesville Regional Utilities as a Systems Control Manager, although the specific dates for this role are not provided.

Ken Simmons attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1968 to 1973, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with a specialization in Power.
