Jen Keefe has seven years of professional work experience, beginning in 2010. In 2010, they worked as a Peer Tutor at Hamilton College's Oral Communications Center and as an Acoustic Coffeehouse Coordinator for the Campus Activities Board. Jen also worked as a Publishing Services Intern at Candlewick Press. In 2011, they interned in Residential Life at Wolfeboro: The Summer Boarding School, where they supervised, tutored, and mentored high school students, coached afternoon sports, and led hiking trips. In 2012, they worked as an Assistant Manager at JackRabbit (formerly Running Specialty Group). In 2014, they worked as a Research Specialist at Choi & Burns, LLC, where they managed the data team and conducted research for retainer-based financial services executive search firm. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Simple Health, starting as a Customer Experience Specialist, then moving to Customer Experience Lead, and finally to Customer Experience Manager. In 2020, they began working at Gainful as a Senior Manager of Customer Experience.
Jen Keefe attended Hamilton College from 2008 to 2012, graduating with a BA in Literature and minors in Communication and Education Studies. Prior to that, they earned their High School Diploma from The Rivers School.
