Easton Taylor has a diverse work experience in customer success and account management roles. Easton started their career at Clear Channel Communications as an Account Executive, where they built relationships and sold marketing solutions. Easton then joined SAP as an Account Executive, responsible for managing accounts. At Angel, they served as a Business Development Manager, Technical Support Lead, and Lead Customer Success Associate, where they supported and sold new solutions to customers. Easton then moved on to Genesys as a Sales Engineer and later became the Senior Manager of the Customer Success Team. Currently, they are working at Gainsight, where they have held various positions, including Customer Success Manager, Director of Customer Success, and their current role as Vice President of Customer Success. In these roles, they have gained expertise in managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and providing excellent customer service.

Easton Taylor attended Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing. Additionally, from 2001 to 2006, they pursued a BA degree in Marketing & Finance at Virginia Tech.
