Kiran Panigrahi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. They began their career in 2007 as a Testing Engineer at Wifin Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd, where they worked on manual testing at Reliance Money in Mumbai. In 2009, they joined HSBC as a Customer Service Executive, assisting retail card customers with activation, credit details, bill payments, and making sales pitches. In 2010, Kiran moved to Dell as an IC, providing technical support to consumers regarding hardware and software issues. In 2012, they joined Deloitte support services as an IT Analyst, where they assisted employees with technology-related issues and ensured timely resolution or escalation. Kiran then joined Agile CRM in 2016 as a Technical Support Manager, responsible for managing customer success and providing support. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Senior Manager - Customer Success at Agile CRM. Finally, in 2019, Kiran joined Gainsight as a Manager - COM @ PT, later becoming a Senior Manager - COM team. Currently, they serve as the Director of Customer Success at Gainsight.

Kiran Panigrahi completed a Bachelor of Information Technology degree from Arignar Anna in Chennai, from 2001 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended St. Joseph Public School from 1994 to 1999, where they completed their 10th grade with an ICSE qualification. In addition to their formal education, Kiran Panigrahi also obtained several certifications in various fields such as CS Skills, Customer Success Operations, IBMI Mini MBA, Customer Success Leadership, Project Management, SQL Essential Training, SAP ERP Essential Training, Gainsight Administrator, and Gainsight NXT Administrator.
