Sridhar Gollapalli has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Sridhar started their career in 1997 at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where they worked as an IT Analyst. At TCS, they worked on developing a healthcare product and later moved to work with Unigraphics ODC. In 2001, they joined IBM India Software Labs as a Team Lead, involved in producing Java JDKs. Sridhar then worked at Convergys as an Associate Project Manager before joining Microsoft (R&D) India Development Center in 2005 as a Test Lead. In 2006, they became the Engineering Manager and Quality Practice Head at Cordys R&D India Pvt Ltd, overseeing build and release. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Senior Manager at EPAM Systems. Sridhar then joined Oakton as a Director of Technology from 2011 to 2016. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Customer Success at Gainsight, leading cross-functional teams and scaling the team from 10 to 200+ members. Overall, Sridhar Gollapalli has gained extensive experience in various technical and managerial roles throughout their career.

Sridhar Gollapalli started their education in 1991 at Andhra University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Sridhar completed this program in 1995. Following this, they attended the University of Hyderabad from 1995 to 1996, where they obtained a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence.
