Harry Francis has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Harry started their career at Globarena Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in 2000 as an Instructional Designer and was later promoted to the positions of Senior Instructional Designer and Assistant Manager for Quality. During this time, they worked on various courses related to effective communication.

In 2004, Harry joined Cordys as a Senior Instructional Designer, where they created elearning course material, maintained it using LMS and Moodle, and created marketing collaterals such as case studies, whitepapers, and product brochures. Harry also took on the role of Principal Instructional Designer and Social Media Manager, where they developed and posted content on social media channels, monitored social conversations, and conducted social media analytics.

In 2014, Harry joined Pramati Technologies as a Marketing Program Manager, where they created multimedia marketing content, blog posts, and curated content for social channels.

Since 2016, Harry has been working at Gainsight, initially as a Manager of Instructional Design and later as a Senior Manager - Instructional Design and Customer Operations. In their role, they managed a team of instructional designers and created onboarding material for new employees, customers, and partners. Harry also managed a team of people in Customer Operations and collaborated with cross-functional teams to address any gaps. Most recently, Harry has been serving as the Director of Customer Operations, leading and empowering the Customer Success Team and collaborating with various operational teams.

Harry Francis completed their education in the field of English Language Teaching. Harry first attended Osmania University from 1993 to 1995 and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree. Afterwards, they joined the Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages from 1995 to 1996, where they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching English with a focus on ELT, Theoretical Foundations in Language Teaching, Phonetics, and Curriculum Studies. In 1996, they pursued an M.Phil degree in English Language Teaching at the same institute, which they completed in 1997. Additionally, in 2014, they obtained a certification in Inbound Marketing from Hubspot.
