Jack Mobley has a diverse work experience that includes roles in customer success and business development. Jack started their career as a Section Violist at the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra in 2017 and later worked as a Substitute Violist at the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. In 2018, they became the Lead Project Coordinator at Common Ground Boston. Jack then transitioned into the tech industry, working as a Customer Success Associate at LeanIX from 2019 to 2021. Jack also took on the role of Business Development at LeanIX from 2019 to 2020. Prior to their current role, Jack worked as a Customer Success Manager at Hubspot from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Gainsight, starting from June 2022.

Jack Mobley (he/him) obtained a Master of Music degree in Viola Performance from the New England Conservatory of Music, completing their education from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's of Music in Viola and a Bachelor of Arts in History of Art from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. In 2015, they also had the opportunity to study Viola Performance at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse. In addition to their educational background in music, Jack Mobley obtained a Customer Success Manager Certified Professional certification from Gainsight in February 2023.
