Shyam V. is a Lead System & Analytics at Gainsight. Previously, Shyam was a Senior Specialist, People Systems at Hudson's Bay Company. Prior to that, Shyam worked as a HR Data Consultant in the United States. Shyam holds a Master of Science degree in Analytics from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology and a Master of Science degree from Arizona State University. Some of Shyam's responsibilities include involvement in enhancement projects, testing of scenarios, defect tracking, and serving as a liaison between implementation partners and business areas during UAT.
