Mathieu Deslage

Mathieu Deslage has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Mathieu began their career in 2000 as an intern at Credit Agricole indosuez, where they worked as a Fund Administrator. In this role, they were responsible for matching and keeping track of operations on stocks and derivatives products.

In 2002, Mathieu joined Societe Generale as a Repo and Money Market Sales Director. Their responsibilities included covering European counterparts, with a focus on French and UK clients. Mathieu managed an extensive client portfolio that included hedge funds, insurance companies, asset managers, money market funds, treasuries, central banks, and securities lenders.

Since 2013, Mathieu has been working at Garda Capital Partners. Mathieu initially joined as a Director, European Funding, and then later assumed the role of Managing Director, Global Head of Repo. In their current position, they oversee the global repo operations of the company.

Throughout their career, Mathieu has gained significant expertise in the financial industry, particularly in repo, money market sales, and fund administration.

Mathieu Deslage completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at ACI Dijon from 1996 to 1999. Mathieu then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Management with a specialization in finance at Reims Business School from 1999 to 2001. In the same period, they also obtained an MBA from the University of Ottawa, with a specific focus on financial mathematics and portfolio management theory.
