Mackenzie Lord

Mackenzie Lord has a diverse work experience ranging from the wine industry to customer service and event coordination. They started their career as an Alumni Call Center Student Caller at Loyola University New Orleans in 2015. In 2017, they interned at Ashley Longshore Art Gallery and worked as a Customer Service Representative at Vera Bradley. They also served as a Hospitality Coordinator at Buku Music + Art Project. Mackenzie then joined ROBERT YOUNG ESTATE WINERY, LLC in 2019, working as a Hospitality Lead until December 2021 when they became the Tasting Room Assistant Manager until August 2022. After that, they worked as a Wine Farm Intern at Eco Terreno Wines & Vineyards from October 2022 to May 2023. Currently, Mackenzie is a Marketing Coordinator at Gary Farrell Vineyards & Winery.

Mackenzie Lord has an extensive education history. Mackenzie obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Wine from the School of Business and Economics at Sonoma State University between 2021 and 2023. Additionally, Mackenzie studied International Business at KEDGE Business School in 2022.

Prior to their graduate studies, Mackenzie earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Loyola University New Orleans from 2015 to 2019. Their degree focused on Mass Communications and Visual Communication, with a minor in Business Administration. During their undergraduate years, they also participated in a semester abroad program at Thammasat University, where they studied Mass Communication/Media Studies in 2018.

In terms of certifications, Mackenzie holds a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the School of Business and Economics at Sonoma State University, obtained in July 2022. Mackenzie is also certified in the Hootsuite Platform, a social media management tool, which they achieved during their time at Loyola University New Orleans in October 2017.
