Pooja Kadam

Pooja Kadam has diverse work experience in the field of legal and compliance. Pooja started their career as a Management Trainee at Sangeeta Pereira and Associates in 2012, where they worked until January 2014.

In 2016, Pooja joined Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Associate- Compliance and Legal, and their tenure lasted until January 2017.

Pooja then moved on to Austin Engineering Company Limited in December 2017, where they served as a Company Secretary until June 2018.

In June 2018, Pooja joined Praveg Communications (India) Limited as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and they remained in this role until March 2019.

Currently, they are associated with Gateway Group of Companies, where they initially held the position of Company Secretary and Manager- Legal & Compliance from March 2019 to November 2022. Pooja has now transitioned to the role of Company Secretary Compliance Officer and Sr. Manager- Legal & Compliance from October 2022.

Pooja Kadam completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from DY Patil University in 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's Degree from the University of Mumbai from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained a Company Secretary qualification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, although the exact dates are not specified.
