Bear Goodell

Bear Goodell has over 15 years of experience in various roles within the coffee industry. Bear is currently the Director of Product Strategy at Go Get Em Tiger, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to that, Bear worked at Stumptown Coffee Roasters as the Senior Sales & Market Development for Southern California from January 2018 to July 2019, and as the Senior Sales Manager for Northern California from February 2016 to July 2019. Bear also gained experience at Blue Bottle Coffee as an Associate Product Manager from February 2015 to October 2015 and as a Regional Sales and Account Manager for the Southwest region from January 2014 to October 2015. Before that, Bear served as the Director of Retail Operations at Ritual Coffee Roasters from October 2012 to January 2014 and as the General Manager at Coffee Bar from May 2010 to September 2012. Bear began their career in marketing as a freelance professional from November 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Bear has experience in the sports industry, having worked in baseball operations for the Kansas City Royals from February 2008 to November 2008 and as the Director of Marketing & Promotions at the Kansas City T-Bones Baseball Club from September 2006 to February 2008. Bear started their career as a Marketing & Promotions Assistant at the same organization from May 2006 to September 2006.

Bear Goodell attended The University of Kansas and graduated in 2006. Bear earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a focus on Sport Science - Sports Management.
