Victoria Hodge

Victoria Hodge has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2002, they worked for the City of Denton as a Household Hazardous Waste Supervisor and Drug Disposal Project Manager. In this role, they managed collection operations, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste, as well as developed and implemented the Household Hazardous Waste program.

In 2012, they joined Otto Environmental Systems North America, Inc. as the Municipal Sales Manager. Their responsibilities included increasing sales revenue, delivering presentations, soliciting new business, and representing the company at trade meetings and conferences.

From 2014 to 2017, Victoria worked as an independent consultant. In 2017, they joined Smarter Sorting as the Director of Municipal Sales, where they were responsible for sales and promoting products and services. Victoria later transitioned to the role of Director of Customer Success.

Since 2009, Victoria has been involved with the North American Hazardous Materials Management Association (NAHMMA), serving as the Past President and a current Board of Directors member. This organization focuses on pollution prevention and reducing hazardous waste.

Most recently, in 2022, Victoria joined GDB International, Inc. as the Vice President of Strategic Relations.

Victoria Hodge holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas.
