MacArena Pallares

Macarena Pallares has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Macarena currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Customer Success at Gelato, where they previously served as the Head of Customer Success. Prior to Gelato, Macarena worked at Amazon in different roles, including Head of Strategic Sales Iberia (B2B) and Head of Enterprise Sales, Amazon Business (B2B) Spain. Macarena was also a Senior Account Manager and Procurement and Last Mile Delivery Manager for Amazon Business, where they led the team responsible for logistics suppliers and focused on improving delivery metrics. Before joining Amazon, Macarena worked at KONE Corporation as a Global Category Manager and Global Sourcing Category Manager, as well as a Business Analyst. Macarena started their career as a Business Analyst Trainee at KONE and briefly worked as an Assistant Project Manager at General Motors and a Six Sigma Project Developer at Pfizer. Macarena's experience demonstrates their expertise in customer success, sales, procurement, and logistics.

Macarena Pallares attended Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. In 2005, they also took a course in Administration at Université Laval. Macarena later attended Université de Technologie de Troyes from 2006 to 2007, specializing in Supply Chain and Management. Macarena then pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Strategy at Aalto University from 2012 to 2014. Lastly, in 2016, they completed the Leveraging Strategic Partnerships Program at IMD, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
