Justin Goff

Justin Goff has a diverse work experience in the field of operations and asset protection. Justin most recently served as the Western Region Director of Operations at Gen4 Dental Partners since September 2022. Prior to that, Justin held various roles at North American Dental Group (NADG) from September 2019 to August 2022, including Sr. Director of Operations and Regional Director of Operations. Justin also worked at RITE AID from 2010 to 2019, where they held positions such as Asset Protection District Manager, Director of Asset Protection, and Regional Leader in Pharmacy & Retail Operations.

Justin Goff pursued their higher education at Eastern Michigan University, where they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. This academic endeavor spanned from 2002 to 2006. Later, they went on to attain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university, which took place between 2006 and 2008.
