Clay Packard

Clay Packard has a diverse work experience background. Clay most recently served as the Director of Equipment Operations at GenCap Construction Corp. starting from November 2021. Before that, from 2015 to October 2021, they worked at Mortenson as the Northwest Equipment Operations Manager, where they managed all aspects of a $10m P&L with 25% margins and led a team to provide exceptional customer experiences. Prior to that, they worked at Seattle Preparatory School as the Defensive Coordinator from 2008 to 2014, where they mentored youth through the game of football. Clay also worked at Volt Athletics, Inc. as the Manager of Sales & Customer Support from 2013 to 2014, where they successfully managed 40 accounts and increased membership by 67%. Additionally, they have finance and supply chain experience from their time at Boeing. Clay worked as a Supply Chain and Pricing - Terminations and Closures Specialist from 2011 to 2013, where they supported supplier contract terminations and closures activities and negotiated fair and reasonable settlement values. Clay also worked as a Supply Chain and Pricing - Procurement Financial Analyst from 2008 to 2011, where they conducted cost/price analysis and led price negotiations with suppliers. Clay began their career at Boeing through the Boeing Finance Rotation Program from 2005 to 2008.
