Abby Babski

Abby Babski is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruiting and business services. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at General Atlantic since September 2023, Abby previously held the position of Head of North America Business Services Talent Acquisition at Boston Consulting Group from July 2006 to August 2023. Prior work experience includes being a Senior Account Executive at Harvard Business School from August 2004 to May 2006 and an Account Executive for East Coast Agencies at Nielsen Media Research between August 2000 and June 2004. Abby Babski earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Virginia, completing studies in 2000.
