Sydney Ridinger has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Sydney started their career in 2018 as a Behavioral Therapist at The Foundation Behavioral Services. Sydney then transitioned to Colavria Hospitality, where they worked as a Social Worker, providing social and emotional support to residents and their families.
