Andrew Freeland

Andrew Freeland has a diverse work experience in human resources. Andrew started their career at the Center for Disability Rights as a Payroll/Billing Specialist. Andrew then moved on to Custom Courier Solutions, Inc., where they served as the Operational Support Administration Manager with responsibilities in HR and customer care. Andrew also worked at Adecco Medical & Science as an Account Executive, specializing in travel nursing. Andrew later joined Holy Childhood - Inspiring Lifelong Success as a Human Resources Generalist, focusing on compliance and employee claims. Andrew then served as the Interim Human Resources Director at SUNY Geneseo, where they advised on HR policies and conducted staff evaluations. Andrew continued their HR career as the Benefits and Leave Manager at CooperVision, overseeing disability and leave claims. Andrew then joined Rochester Precision Optics as a Human Resources Generalist, where they worked on recruitment and employee engagement. Following that, they worked at Bank of America as a Human Resources Account Manager. Most recently, Andrew held the role of Human Resources Director at SatisPie before assuming the position of Director of Human Resources at Genesee Country Village & Museum in 2023.

Andrew Freeland has a Regents Diploma from Palmyra Macedon High School, which they obtained in the period from 2001 to 2005. Andrew then attended Los Medanos College from 2009 to 2011, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Lastly, they attended Roberts Wesleyan College from 2013 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Organizational Management, with a focus on Business.
