Daniel Faro has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Daniel started their career in 1986 at Southern California Edison, where they worked as a Computing Operations Specialist, managing production schedules for enterprise applications. Daniel later became a Lead Service Desk Analyst, overseeing a team of 20 representatives and training new hires. Faro then transitioned to the role of Senior Project Analyst, managing project documentation for major software implementations and analyzing problem management data.

In 2015, Faro pursued further education as a student at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. Daniel then joined Ingram Micro as a Project Manager, leading initiatives to improve employee onboarding, system software changes, and global security account consolidations.

Faro's next role was at Kofax as a Professional Services Operations Business Analyst, where they managed the External Provider Program and Sales Lead Referral Bonus Program. Daniel developed work order contracts and documented cross-departmental processes for efficiency.

At Avanir Pharmaceuticals, Faro worked as a System Analyst, focusing on project management, business analysis, and enhancing IT Service Desk operational processes. Daniel developed standards for the ServiceNow Knowledge Base and implemented IT Service Delivery reporting for senior and executive management.

Most recently, Faro joined Genesis Financial Solutions as a Senior System Analyst. Their responsibilities include process improvements on SaaS cloud computing software, project management, requirement gathering, system analysis and testing, and knowledge management governance.

Throughout their career, Faro has demonstrated a strong expertise in project management, business analysis, and system operations.

Daniel Faro attended Pacific Grove High School from 1974 to 1978, where they studied General Education. After high school, they went on to Monterey Peninsula College from 1978 to 1980, pursuing a degree in General Education.

In addition to their formal education, Daniel obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2003, they received the STI Help Desk Professional certification from STI Knowledge. In 2004, they obtained the STI Knowledge Management certification from the same institution.

Moving forward, Daniel obtained the Project Management Certificate from the University of California at Irvine in March 2010. Following that, in June 2011, they received the ITIL V3 Foundations certification from Pink Elephant Netherlands. In May 2013, they obtained the ITIL Service Operations certification from the same institution.

In 2015, Daniel attended the UCI Extension Program and acquired the Oracle DB 12C: Intro to SQL certification.

Finally, in May 2016, Daniel obtained multiple certifications including the Business Analysis Certificate and Microsoft Office 2013 Training from New Horizons Learning Group. Additionally, they obtained the Microsoft Office Specialist Access 2013 and Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2013 certifications from Microsoft. Lastly, they acquired the Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014 certification from New Horizons Learning Group.
