Kimberly Hartwell

Kimberly Hartwell has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Kimberly started their career in 1996 at Teleplan Services Oregon Inc, where they worked as a SR Material Handler/Assembler II until 2002. Kimberly then transitioned to the role of Account Manager, where they stayed until 2005.

In 2005, Kimberly joined Bank of America Merchant Services as a Customer Service Representative and eventually became a Senior Customer Service Representative from 2009 to 2012.

Since 2013, Kimberly has been working at Genesis Financial Solutions. Kimberly began as a Collector II and moved up to the role of Assist Queue. Kimberly then became an Assist Queue Captain and later a Unit Manager. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Program Coordinator II. Currently, they hold the position of Systems Governance Analyst, a role they have been in since July 2020.

Kimberly Hartwell received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Warner Pacific College between 2012 and 2018. Kimberly then went on to pursue an Associate's degree in Cyber Security from Portland Community College, which they obtained between 2020 and 2022. Additionally, Kimberly obtained certifications in "Communicating with Confidence" and "Tips for Writing Business Emails" from LinkedIn in June 2021.
