Richard Hodges

Richard Hodges has extensive experience in leading customer success teams at various companies such as Genesys, Airbnb, Inc., GreenIT, and OptiMisers. Richard has held titles such as Vice President of Customer Success, Global Head of CX Technology Systems, and Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer. Richard Hodges has successfully managed teams responsible for onboarding new customers, delivering customer success and revenue targets, and improving customer journey experiences. Richard holds a BA in American Studies from Middlebury College and an MBA from Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
