Ritesh Keskar

Ritesh Keskar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in directing professional services and leading ecommerce practices, currently serving as Director of Professional Services at Genesys since November 2023. Previously, Ritesh held multiple leadership roles at Perficient from January 2015 to July 2023, including Director and Ecommerce Practice Lead, where responsibilities included delivering consistent revenue growth through strategic guidance and solution architecture in ecommerce and Product Information Management (PIM). Ritesh also co-founded PonyPal, a tech startup, leading application development for a messaging app, and managed professional services at Vertafore, overseeing product development and service delivery. Ritesh holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
