Candace Brennan

Candace Brennan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Candace began their career as an Executive Assistant at Intuit in 2008. Candace then worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Karl Storz Endoscopy in 2009. Afterwards, they became the General Manager at Lenscrafters from 2010 to 2011, overseeing the daily operations of a retail optical store.

From 2012 to 2014, Candace worked as an Administrative Secretary at MindQuest, where they provided support to the owner of a small business that offered educational weekends for gifted youth. Following this, they took on the role of Business Manager at JC Mechanical Heating and Cooling LLC from 2015 to 2016, managing the day-to-day operations of an HVAC company.

Candace then joined the University of Sydney as an Office Administrator in 2016, working with research directors in the area of mental health technology. Candace provided administrative support to the directors and CEO of InnoWell, a company created as a joint venture with PricewaterhouseCoopers and the University of Sydney. Candace managed complex diaries, travel arrangements, and requests for speaking engagements. In 2017, the research team was awarded 30 million dollars by the Federal Government to further develop the mental health technology, now known as the InnoWell platform. Candace continued working in this role until 2019.

In 2019, Candace joined InnoWell as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager. Candace managed multiple complex calendars and optimized the time of the executive management team. Candace also oversaw the needs of the office and staff, serving as the primary point of contact for the company.

In 2020, Candace became the Executive Assistant to the CEO at BEING. Candace provided support to the Chief Executive Officer until 2021. Candace then joined Rapid Response Revival® as the Executive Assistant to the COO/CTO, working until 2023.

Currently, Candace is working as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Genetic Signatures, a position they have held since 2023.

Candace Brennan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Whittier Christian High School from 1983 to 1986 and completed their high school education. In addition to their formal education, Candace has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Learning Instagram," "Agile Foundations," "Creating a Meeting Agenda," "Grit: How Teams Persevere to Accomplish Great Goals," "Learning Gantt Charts," "Using Questions to Foster Critical Thinking and Curiosity," and "Managing Team Conflict." These certifications were obtained between 2019 and 2020.
