Marc Bates

Marc Bates has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Marc is currently the Director of Operations at GCG - We Make Connections Possible!, where they provide visionary leadership and oversees operations across multiple facilities. Prior to this, Marc worked as a Regional Warehouse Manager at Primo Water Corporation and as an Operation Supervisor at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Marc also gained valuable experience as an Operations Supervisor at Grainger and as an Operations Manager at Exel. Throughout their career, Marc has demonstrated expertise in process optimization, performance improvement, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Marc Bates attended Western Illinois University, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Leadership. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from MSI.
