Mat Kline is a Food and Beverage Consultant at MK Consulting since 2015. Mat is also the Executive Chef at Genuine Concepts and Dean of Conference and Culinary Services at Lane Community College. Mat has held various positions such as Executive Chef at Postino WineCafe, Sous Chef at Deschutes Brewery, and Operations Manager at H3ritage Inc. Mat has also worked as an Academic Director at The Art Institute of Portland and as a Culinary Instructor at The Art Institute of Phoenix. Mat has a diverse educational background including a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an MBA in Hospitality Administration/Management.
