David Brill

David Brill, MSIT, is currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at Genuine Parts Company since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Past President at Greater Atlanta ATD starting from January 2022.

Before joining Genuine Parts Company and Greater Atlanta ATD, David worked at Rollins, Inc. for over 15 years. During their tenure at Rollins, they held various roles such as Senior Manager of Learning and Development, Manager of Instructional Design and Learning Analytics, Program Manager, and Senior Instructional Designer. In these positions, they collaborated with senior management, business leaders, and HR partners to design and implement strategic learning and development programs. David also introduced innovative approaches to drive impactful change.

Prior to their time at Rollins, David worked as a Senior Instructional Designer at ADP for four years and as an Instructional Designer at UPS for two years. David started their career as a Senior Field Analyst at NAVTEQ in 1995.

Overall, David Brill has accumulated extensive experience in talent development, learning and development, instructional design, and analytics throughout their career in various industries.

David Brill, MSIT completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Emory University between 1985 and 1989. Afterwards, they pursued further education at Georgia State University, earning a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from 2001 to 2003.
