Dean Croshere

Dean Croshere has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Dean began their career at Typhoon Fruit Company, where they held the role of Regulatory & Customer Affairs Administrator from 2008 to 2009, and then General Manager from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they began their MBA studies at the University of Southern California. After graduating in 2013, they began working at the International Council for Quality Care, Inc. as a Senior Consultant. In 2015, they took a role as Director of Operations at MedMen. In 2017, they became the Director of Operations at Link4 Greenhouse Controls. In 2018, they started their own consulting business, Croshere Consulting. Finally, in 2019, they became the COO of Geocene.

Dean Croshere attended the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Prior to that, they attended Pacific University from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Documentary Film.
