John Whelan

John Whelan has a diverse work experience, starting as a Finance Intern at Hyatt Regency in 2022. John then worked as a Marketing Analyst and Bank Teller at Georgetown University Alumni & Student Federal Credit Union, followed by a Hiring Manager position at SoFlo SAT Tutoring. In the same year, they were hired as a Consultant and later promoted to Senior Consultant at Hilltop Consultants. John also worked at Georgetown Ventures as a Venture Analyst, Project Manager, and Director of Startup Engagement in 2022. In 2023, they will work as a Private Equity Analyst at Canyonlands Fund and Incoming Summer Analyst at KKR.

John Whelan completed their high school education at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory between 2017 and 2021. From 2021 to 2025, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Operations & Analytics at Georgetown University.
