Mark Spicer

Mark Spicer has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and CRM consulting. Mark started their career as a Developer at Volvo and progressed to roles at companies like IBM, Pepsi Bottling Group, Computer Sciences Corp, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC. Mark then moved on to roles at Duke Clinical Research Institute and General Motors before joining Veeva Systems as a Senior CRM Consultant. Mark most recently held the position of Principal Solutions Engineer at Salesforce before assuming the role of Director HLS Payer Solution Delivery at Gerent in 2023. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated proficiency in leading development teams, configuring business services, and integrating data systems to meet customer requirements.
