Berta Fraile Traveria has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Berta began their career with an internship as a Recruitment Consultant at FSC INserta in 2016. Berta then worked as a Trip Agent Multilingual at Airbnb, providing customer support to hosts and guests, handling urgent re-bookings, conflict resolution, and refund negotiation. Berta then joined Amazon in 2018 as a Fraud Investigator, investigating and preventing fraud. In 2020, they joined ManoMano as a Customer Service Specialist, where they solved complex aftersales issues, mediated between sellers and customers, and monitored team performance for a B2B project. Most recently, they have begun working at Getaround as part of the Customer Success team in 2023.

Berta Fraile Traveria completed their Bachelor's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona between 2012 and 2016.
